Make "logout" button on HOLLIS more visible
On public workstations, users sometimes forget to log out of a HOLLIS session. Occasionally this results in another patron accidentally requesting materials under the wrong account. It might be useful to make the logout button more visible or to force an earlier timeout on public workstations.
How often does this happen?
Based on the observed number of patrons who report holds on their account that they never requested, it happens fairly frequently. Even patrons who are aware of the login issue don't remember to check 100% of the time.

At Widener, staff are aware of it happening a few time every week. We asume that it happens more frequently, but that users do not always mention it to staff. Thanks! -Joshua
